Three Week Board and Train Program

Imagine having company over and your dog calmly laying as they enter your home. How awesome would it be to have your dog off leash in an open space with distractions…and they come the first time you call? How about a dog that lays quietly in its crate and is content to be there? And when was the last time you walked your dog and it didn’t pull on the leash and stayed in the Heel position, ignoring other dogs and people?

This beautiful girl came to us with some training under her collar already. Often times like in Shiloh’s case families get to a certain point in training and get stuck. That’s okay we are here for you. Shiloh and her family are now enjoying days in the back yard hanging out with all the barking and long walks together.

Your dog stays with us for three weeks and will come home in a calmer state of mind.

when your dog comes home you will enjoy the following things:

  • Your dog will come when called

  • Lay down and Relax even with company over

  • Heel nicely when you go on walks in your neighborhood

  • Sit or Down next to you when you stop to talk to friends

  • Go to a Place Cot or Area and Lay Down and relax while you entertain your friends and family

  • Hang out in its crate and relax

  • Ride Nicely in the Car

  • Wait for its food

Maddie was already a lovely girl when she came to us! Her family wanted to have off leash reliability with her. Maddie is now living her best life going to the local beach and frolicking in the waves and chasing her ball. The great thing now is Maddie comes when needed and there are no worries of her running off.

How we do it

It’s easy, actually. We set clear rules that the dog understands, rewarding good behavior and punishing bad behavior. In some cases we can’t teach, and reward, the good behavior until we get the bad behavior to stop. How do we know what it will take to get the bad behavior to stop? The dog tells us. Some dogs need a firm NO, others need a correction with an e-collar…most fall somewhere in between. Our methodology is the same but it’s applied to each dog according to their personality and behavioral issues.

The tools we use aren’t for everyone and we are fine with that. We believe in our training philosophy and methods, and we are knowledgeable about how to use the tools fairly and humanely. We won’t accept a Board and Train under the request that we train the dog without the tools.

You can watch our How To Videos on our Youtube Channel here.

If you are a dog owner that doesn’t believe in saying “no” to your dog then we aren’t for you. If you are a dog owner that wants your dog to have a set of clearly defined rules, taught fairly by skilled trainers, and being held accountable for the choices it makes then we may be the trainer for you.
